Why Investors Trust Us

01

Mandate-First, Not Product-First

We do not sell investment products. We design mandates aligned to your objectives, timeline and risk appetite — then source the right vehicles to deliver them. The difference is significant.

02

SEC Licensed and Independently Regulated

ITAML is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria. Every client relationship is governed by a regulated framework with defined fiduciary obligations — not just best efforts.

03

Your Capital, Independently Held

Client funds are held in trust by a regulated, independent custodian — never on ITAML's balance sheet. Your assets are fully segregated. We manage the mandate; we do not touch the principal.

04

Access Beyond the Public Markets

We offer clients structured access to private credit, real estate and alternative assets — investment classes that most retail platforms cannot offer to individual investors at any meaningful scale.

05

Research Before Every Allocation

Every investment is underwritten before deployment. Clients receive investment memoranda that explain what we own and why — not just transaction confirmations after the fact.

Getting Started

What to Expect When You Work With Us

We believe clients should know the terms before the first conversation. Here is what a typical mandate looks like.

Reporting Frequency

Monthly + Quarterly

Monthly performance summaries are sent to all clients. Full quarterly reports include position-level commentary, market context and an outlook on each active allocation.

How Funds Are Held

Independent Custodian

Client assets are held in trust by a regulated, independent custodian — not on ITAML's balance sheet. Your capital is fully ring-fenced and never commingled with ours.

Exit Process

30 Days Notice (Liquid)

Liquid mandates allow redemption with 30 days' written notice. Private credit and real asset mandates are subject to the agreed investment horizon, typically 12 to 36 months.

Fee Structure

Management + Performance

Fees are charged as a management fee on assets under advice, plus a performance fee above an agreed benchmark hurdle rate. The full fee schedule is disclosed in writing before the mandate is signed.

The Wealth Mandate

Wealth Is More Than Investment Returns

Income

Generate sustainable cashflow.

Protection

Preserve capital against inflation and uncertainty.

Growth

Compound wealth through patient, consistent capital allocation.

Legacy

Transfer wealth across generations.

The Problem

Why Wealth Fails

01

Income Without Structure

High earnings without a clear investment strategy rarely translate to lasting wealth.

02

Assets Without Liquidity

Wealth locked in illiquid assets creates vulnerability when it matters most.

03

Retirement Without Planning

Most Nigerians reach retirement without a reliable income stream to sustain their lifestyle.

04

Legacy Without Governance

Generational wealth erodes when there is no structure to manage succession and transfer.

Our Investment Philosophy
“We do not chase trends. We allocate capital with discipline, patience and conviction.”

Protect Capital

Capital preservation is the foundation of every mandate. We deploy only where risk is understood, quantified and actively managed.

Generate Income

Sustainable cashflow separates wealth that works from wealth that sits. Every portfolio is designed to produce income.

Build Legacy

Wealth without structure rarely survives a generation. We design for transfer, not just accumulation.

The ITAML Framework

Your Wealth Blueprint

A five-stage framework that guides every client from first investment through to generational legacy.

Explore the Full Blueprint

Identify income streams, establish investment mandates and begin systematic capital accumulation with a clear strategy. This stage sets the trajectory for everything that follows.

The Nigerian Wealth Paradox

Why High Income Does Not Always Translate to Financial Control

There is a quiet reality in Nigeria's upper-income class: many people earn well, but very few operate with true financial clarity. Income flows in. Opportunities appear. Capital moves. But rarely is it structured.

Idle Cash Is a Silent Risk

What Corporate Treasuries in Nigeria Are Getting Wrong

Idle cash is not neutral. It is quietly losing value — to inflation, currency shifts, and missed opportunity. Capital should not only be protected — it should be positioned with structure and intent.

Beyond Returns

How Serious Investors Think About Control, Liquidity and Risk

Experienced investors focus less on "how much will I make?" and more on how it is structured, what happens under stress, and how easily they can exit. Capital must be managed for both performance and protection.

When Emergencies Meet Illiquid Investments

A Hidden Risk in Nigerian Wealth Building

Life does not wait for portfolios to mature. Many investors are heavily exposed to assets that cannot respond quickly — land that cannot be sold, projects that are delayed, structures that are unclear.

Family, Legacy and Money

Why Wealth Without Structure Breaks in One Generation

Building wealth requires effort. Preserving it requires structure. Across Nigeria, we see assets without documentation, portfolios without coordination, and wealth without continuity — the result is often fragmentation.
